If we went out for pizza, I would order a large pie with extra toppings. And if we went out for ice cream, I would get a giant cup with every flavor imaginable.

Naturally, all of this indulging made me gain weight. I was up to 180 pounds and felt terrible about myself. So I decided to make a change.

I started by making small changes to my diet. Instead of eating out at restaurants, I began cooking meals at home. I also cut back on the amount of junk food I was eating and replaced it with healthier options like fruit and vegetables As for my diet.
